Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for returns:

As a small business, we operate with a strict no return and no refund policy. However, we are committed to delivering excellent customer service and genuinely value our clients’ concerns.

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery so we can work with you to find an appropriate solution. Please note that any issues reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.

If you just want to exchange the size feel free to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The following goods cannot be returned or refunded:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized or customized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping

We offer reliable shipping across British Columbia and the rest of Canada. Orders within B.C. typically arrive within 7 days, while shipments to other Canadian provinces may take up to 14 days. Please note that custom-made items require additional time and are shipped within 30 days due to their handcrafted nature. We appreciate your patience and commitment to supporting quality-made goods.
